• Describe the power structure/org chart of The Sport Journal. Who are you ultimately accountable to?
• What are your responsibilities? Which ones do you do directly and which ones do you delegate?

• Who solicits readers/referees and how are they vetted?
• Who solicits papers and how is it decided who reads what papers, logistically?
• What approach do you use when meeting with your subordinates in a group meeting and in a 1-on-1 meeting? What would you say is your leadership style?
